Kurzfassung
AR Climate ist eine Augmented-Reality-Erfahrung zum menschengemachten Klimawandel mit dem Schwerpunkt Fleischproduktion und Fleischkonsum. Die App entstand als Bachelorarbeit im Studiengang Game Design. Sie läuft vollständig auf Ihrem Gerät, hat kein Benutzerkonto, keinen Server, keine Werbung und keine Analyse- oder Trackingdienste und sendet keine Daten an mich oder an Dritte.
Kamera
Für die Augmented Reality braucht AR Climate die Kamera. Apples Framework ARKit wertet das Kamerabild und die Bewegung Ihres Geräts in Echtzeit auf dem Gerät aus, um Flächen im Raum zu erkennen und die virtuellen Inhalte darauf zu platzieren. Die App speichert keine Bilder oder Videos und überträgt nichts.
iOS fragt beim ersten Start einer Szene nach der Kamera. Ohne diese Freigabe kann die App keine Szene zeigen. Sie können die Freigabe in den iOS-Einstellungen jederzeit entziehen.
Gespeicherte Daten
AR Climate legt keine eigenen Daten auf Ihrem Gerät ab. Alle Inhalte der Szenen sind in der App enthalten.
Internetverbindung
Die App baut keine Internetverbindung auf.
App Store
Sie laden die App über den App Store von Apple. Daten zum Download, zu Käufen und zu Ihrem Apple Account verarbeitet Apple in eigener Verantwortung; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Zahlungsdaten erhalte ich nicht. Apple stellt mir nur zusammengefasste Verkaufs- und Downloadzahlen bereit, die keinen Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen erlauben.
Haben Sie auf Ihrem Gerät unter „Einstellungen“ → „Datenschutz & Sicherheit“ → „Analyse & Verbesserungen“ die Option „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“ eingeschaltet, stellt Apple mir außerdem Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken der App bereit. Apple gibt diese Daten nur in einer Form weiter, die Sie nicht identifiziert. Ich nutze sie ausschließlich, um Fehler zu finden. Sie können die Option dort jederzeit abschalten.
Kinder
AR Climate hat die Altersfreigabe 4+ und erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.
Löschen
Da die App nichts speichert, gibt es nichts zu löschen. Entfernen Sie die App, ist sie vollständig von Ihrem Gerät verschwunden.
Ihre Rechte
Aus der App erhalte ich keine personenbezogenen Daten.
Soweit ich personenbezogene Daten über Sie verarbeite, können Sie nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen
- Auskunft über diese Daten verlangen (Art. 15 DSGVO),
- unrichtige Daten berichtigen lassen (Art. 16 DSGVO),
- die Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen (Art. 17 DSGVO),
- die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung verlangen (Art. 18 DSGVO) und
- Ihre Daten in einem gängigen, maschinenlesbaren Format erhalten (Art. 20 DSGVO).

Widerspruchsrecht
Verarbeite ich Daten auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse), können Sie dieser Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Ich verarbeite die Daten dann nicht mehr, es sei denn, ich kann zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde
Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, Ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes (Art. 77 DSGVO).

Automatisierte Entscheidungen im Einzelfall einschließlich Profiling im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO finden nicht statt.

Summary
AR Climate is an augmented reality experience about human-made climate change, focused on meat production and consumption. It started as my bachelor thesis in game design. The app runs entirely on your device, has no user account, no server, no advertising and no analytics or tracking, and sends no data to me or to anyone else.
Camera
AR Climate needs the camera for augmented reality. Apple's ARKit framework analyses the camera image and your device's movement in real time on the device to detect surfaces in the room and place the virtual content on them. The app saves no images or videos and transmits nothing.
iOS asks for the camera the first time a scene starts. Without this permission the app cannot show a scene. You can revoke it in the iOS Settings app at any time.
Stored data
AR Climate stores no data of its own on your device. All scene content is part of the app.
Internet connection
The app makes no internet connections.
App Store
You download the app from Apple's App Store. Apple processes data about the download, purchases and your Apple Account under its own responsibility; the Apple Privacy Policy applies. I never receive payment details. Apple gives me only aggregated sales and download figures that do not identify anyone.
If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements on your device, Apple also gives me crash reports and usage statistics for the app. Apple passes them on only in a form that does not identify you, and I use them only to find bugs. You can turn the option off there at any time.
Children
AR Climate is rated 4+ and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting data
The app stores nothing, so there is nothing to delete. Once you remove the app, it is gone from your device completely.
Your rights
I receive no personal data from the app.
Where I process personal data about you, you may, subject to the statutory conditions,
- request access to that data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
An informal message to info@tiborczekay.com or through the contact form is enough.
Right to object
Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests), you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). I will then stop processing the data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
Automated decisions
There is no automated individual decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
