Einen Datenschutzbeauftragten habe ich nicht benannt, weil dafür keine gesetzliche Pflicht besteht.
Kurzfassung
Mein Mofa ist ein Fahrtenbuch für Mofa, Roller und Moped, das auf Ihrem Gerät arbeitet. Ihre Einträge bleiben dort. Es gibt kein Benutzerkonto, keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Trackingdienste und keine Software von Drittanbietern.
Daten in der App
Angaben zum Fahrzeug, Tankvorgänge, Kosten, Serviceeinträge, Erinnerungen und Ihre Gestaltungsoptionen speichert die App ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät. Dazu können Fahrzeugname, Marke, Modell, Baujahr, Kennzeichen, Fahrgestellnummer, Kilometerstände, Kaufdaten, Tankstellen, Werkstätten, Kosten und Notizen gehören. Kennzeichen, Fahrgestellnummer, Kaufpreis, Orte und Notizen sind freiwillig; die App funktioniert auch ohne sie. Auf diese Daten habe ich keinen Zugriff.
Standort und Karten
Auf Wunsch zeigt Mein Mofa Tankstellen in Ihrer Nähe und merkt sich die Koordinaten eines Tankstopps im Fahrtenbuch. Den Standort liest die App nur, während Sie diese Funktion nutzen und nachdem Sie ihn in iOS freigegeben haben. An mich wird er nicht übertragen.
Für die Tankstellensuche und die Karte verwendet die App Apple Maps (MapKit). Dabei übermittelt Ihr Gerät die Suchanfrage und den Kartenausschnitt, der sich an Ihrem Standort orientiert, an Apple. Es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Kamera
Die Funktion „Zapfsäule scannen“ liest Betrag, Liter und Literpreis mit der Kamera ab. Die Texterkennung läuft vollständig auf dem Gerät (Apple Vision). Kamerabilder werden weder gespeichert noch übertragen; übernommen werden nur die erkannten Zahlen, die Sie bestätigen. Die Kamera nutzt die App erst nach Ihrer Freigabe in iOS.
Erinnerungen
Legen Sie eine Erinnerung an, etwa für den nächsten Service, fragt iOS, ob Mein Mofa Ihnen Mitteilungen senden darf. Die Erinnerungen plant die App auf Ihrem Gerät; ein Server ist nicht beteiligt. Sie können Mitteilungen in den iOS-Einstellungen jederzeit abschalten.
Export und Import
Einen Export erzeugt die App nur, wenn Sie ihn ausdrücklich anstoßen. Der geschwärzte Export lässt Kennzeichen, Fahrgestellnummer, Tankstellen, Tankstopp-Koordinaten, Werkstätten und Notizen weg; der vollständige Export enthält auch diese Angaben. Teilen oder speichern Sie einen Export, entsteht eine Kopie außerhalb von Mein Mofa. Empfänger und Speicherort bestimmen Sie; für die weitere Verarbeitung gelten deren Bedingungen.
Importdateien prüft die App auf dem Gerät und übernimmt sie erst nach einer weiteren Bestätigung als neuen Datenbestand.
Internetverbindung
Das Fahrtenbuch funktioniert ohne Internetverbindung. Eine Verbindung entsteht nur für die Tankstellensuche und die Karte über Apple Maps und wenn Sie einen Link zu meiner Website antippen.
App Store
Sie laden die App über den App Store von Apple. Daten zum Download, zu Käufen und zu Ihrem Apple Account verarbeitet Apple in eigener Verantwortung; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Zahlungsdaten erhalte ich nicht. Apple stellt mir nur zusammengefasste Verkaufs- und Downloadzahlen bereit, die keinen Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen erlauben.
Haben Sie auf Ihrem Gerät unter „Einstellungen“ → „Datenschutz & Sicherheit“ → „Analyse & Verbesserungen“ die Option „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“ eingeschaltet, stellt Apple mir außerdem Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken der App bereit. Apple gibt diese Daten nur in einer Form weiter, die Sie nicht identifiziert. Ich nutze sie ausschließlich, um Fehler zu finden. Sie können die Option dort jederzeit abschalten.
Backups
Ihr Gerät kann die Daten der App in ein iCloud-Backup oder in ein Backup auf Ihrem Computer aufnehmen. Ob und wo das geschieht, bestimmen Ihre Geräteeinstellungen; für iCloud-Backups gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Auf solche Backups habe ich keinen Zugriff.
Kinder
Mein Mofa hat die Altersfreigabe 4+ und erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.
Löschen
Ihre Daten bleiben gespeichert, bis Sie sie in der App mit „Alle Daten löschen“ zurücksetzen oder die App samt Daten vom Gerät entfernen. Temporäre Exportdateien entfernt die App nach dem Teilen oder spätestens beim nächsten Start. Exporte, die Sie außerhalb der App gespeichert oder geteilt haben, müssen Sie dort selbst löschen.
Ihre Rechte
Aus der App erhalte ich keine personenbezogenen Daten. Ihre Einträge können Sie direkt in der App ändern, exportieren und löschen.
Soweit ich personenbezogene Daten über Sie verarbeite, können Sie nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen
- Auskunft über diese Daten verlangen (Art. 15 DSGVO),
- unrichtige Daten berichtigen lassen (Art. 16 DSGVO),
- die Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen (Art. 17 DSGVO),
- die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung verlangen (Art. 18 DSGVO) und
- Ihre Daten in einem gängigen, maschinenlesbaren Format erhalten (Art. 20 DSGVO).
Dafür genügt eine formlose Nachricht an info@tiborczekay.com oder über das Kontaktformular.
Widerspruchsrecht
Verarbeite ich Daten auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse), können Sie dieser Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Ich verarbeite die Daten dann nicht mehr, es sei denn, ich kann zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde
Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, Ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes (Art. 77 DSGVO).
Automatisierte Entscheidungen
Automatisierte Entscheidungen im Einzelfall einschließlich Profiling im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO finden nicht statt.

Summary
Mein Mofa is a logbook for mopeds and scooters that works on your device. Your entries stay there. There is no user account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking and no third-party software.
Data in the app
Vehicle details, refuelling, costs, service entries, reminders and your design choices are stored only on your device. This can include the vehicle's name, make, model, year, registration number, vehicle identification number, mileage, purchase details, filling stations, workshops, costs and notes. Registration number, vehicle identification number, purchase price, places and notes are optional; the app works without them. I have no access to this data.
Location and maps
If you want, Mein Mofa shows filling stations near you and records the coordinates of a refuelling stop in the logbook. The app reads your location only while you use this feature and after you have allowed it in iOS. It is not sent to me.
For the filling station search and the map, the app uses Apple Maps (MapKit). Your device sends the search request and the map area around your location to Apple. The Apple Privacy Policy applies.
Camera
The pump scan reads the amount, litres and price per litre with the camera. Text recognition runs entirely on the device (Apple Vision). Camera images are neither saved nor transmitted; only the numbers you confirm are kept. The app uses the camera only after you allow it in iOS.
Reminders
When you create a reminder, for example for the next service, iOS asks whether Mein Mofa may send you notifications. The app schedules the reminders on your device; no server is involved. You can turn notifications off in the iOS Settings app at any time.
Export and import
The app creates an export only when you explicitly ask for one. The redacted export leaves out registration number, vehicle identification number, filling stations, stop coordinates, workshops and notes; the full export includes them. When you share or save an export, a copy exists outside Mein Mofa. You choose the recipient and the storage location, and their terms apply from then on.
The app checks import files on the device and only takes them over as a new data set after a further confirmation.
Internet connection
The logbook works without an internet connection. A connection is made only for the filling station search and the map through Apple Maps, and when you tap a link to my website.
App Store
You download the app from Apple's App Store. Apple processes data about the download, purchases and your Apple Account under its own responsibility; the Apple Privacy Policy applies. I never receive payment details. Apple gives me only aggregated sales and download figures that do not identify anyone.
If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements on your device, Apple also gives me crash reports and usage statistics for the app. Apple passes them on only in a form that does not identify you, and I use them only to find bugs. You can turn the option off there at any time.
Backups
Your device may include the app's data in an iCloud backup or in a backup on your computer. Your device settings decide whether and where that happens; iCloud backups are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. I have no access to such backups.
Children
Mein Mofa is rated 4+ and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting data
Your data stays until you reset it in the app with "Alle Daten löschen" (delete all data) or remove the app with its data. The app removes temporary export files after sharing or at the next launch at the latest. Exports you saved or shared outside the app must be deleted there.
Your rights
I receive no personal data from the app. You can change, export and delete your entries directly in the app.
Where I process personal data about you, you may, subject to the statutory conditions,
- request access to that data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
An informal message to info@tiborczekay.com or through the contact form is enough.
Right to object
Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests), you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). I will then stop processing the data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
Automated decisions
There is no automated individual decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

This policy is published on tiborczekay.com. The website privacy policy explains what data a visit to the website involves. If you email me or use the contact form, I use your details only to answer your request; that policy has the details.
Please do not send me complete export files unless I ask for one. If I need a file to find a bug, the redacted export is usually enough.
Changes
If the app changes in a way that makes this policy inaccurate, I will update it. The current version is always at tiborczekay.com/meinmofa/privacy; the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
