Combined across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Counted on 14 October 2026.
The six steps, and the channels’ combined numbers. The numbers are refreshed twice a day.
The idea
The loop is the product.
Short Content is a production loop for short-video channels. It plans a month, writes the scripts, checks them, renders the videos, posts them on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram and measures every one. The numbers it collects set the next month’s plan. The videos are what it makes. The loop is what I built.
Channels
A channel is a brand, a voice and a set of formats.
Four channels run on the loop today, each with its own look, narrator and formats. Planning, checking, posting and measuring are shared, so a new channel brings its brand and plugs into the rest. The second channel posted its first video two days after its brand was started. Setting one up follows the same steps each time, so that step can be automated too.
The checks
Nothing goes out unchecked.
Every video passes the same gates before it is queued. A video shorter than 61 seconds is refused at export. Every factual claim needs two sources that were opened and read. A monthly cap keeps phrasing from repeating, and in the quiz formats the plan fixes where the right answer sits. A script that fails goes back to be rewritten.
The feedback
Each month is planned from the last one’s numbers.
Twice a day the loop stores the numbers of every posted video. A week after posting, a video’s counts are frozen, so every video is compared at the same age. From those readings the loop sets how many videos each format gets next month: more of what was watched, with a fixed minimum for every format so none disappears after one slow week. The first month planned this way is December 2026.
How it runs
One person, four channels, every day.
Language models write the scripts, the narration is a synthetic voice and every picture is drawn in code. Videos are made weeks ahead and posted on schedule by small cloud programs, so posting never depends on a computer being switched on. I start each month and approve its plan. By 12 October 2026 the loop had made 289 videos.
