Kurzfassung
Time Flies ist eine App für Gewohnheiten und Serien auf iPhone und iPad. Ihre Daten bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät. Es gibt kein Benutzerkonto, keinen Server, keine Werbung und keine Analyse- oder Trackingdienste.
Daten auf Ihrem Gerät
Alles, was Sie in Time Flies anlegen, speichert die App lokal: Namen und Startdaten Ihrer Tracker, Zurücksetzungen, Serienverläufe und geerntete Früchte. Diese Daten gehen weder an mich noch an andere.
Import und Export
Importieren Sie eine CSV- oder Textdatei, liest die App sie auf dem Gerät ein. Beim Export erstellt Time Flies eine Datei, die Sie über das Teilen-Menü weitergeben oder in der App „Dateien“ speichern. Wohin sie geht, entscheiden Sie.
Mitteilungen
Auf Wunsch sendet Time Flies eine wöchentliche Ermutigung, Erinnerungen zu einzelnen Gewohnheiten und eine Mitteilung, wenn Sie ein Ziel erreicht haben. iOS plant alle Mitteilungen auf Ihrem Gerät; ein Push-Server ist nicht beteiligt. Sie können Mitteilungen in der App oder in den iOS-Einstellungen jederzeit abschalten.
Internetverbindung
Die App funktioniert ohne Internetverbindung. Eine Verbindung entsteht nur, wenn Sie einen Link zu meiner Website antippen; er öffnet sich in Ihrem Browser.
App Store
Sie laden die App über den App Store von Apple. Daten zum Download, zu Käufen und zu Ihrem Apple Account verarbeitet Apple in eigener Verantwortung; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Zahlungsdaten erhalte ich nicht. Apple stellt mir nur zusammengefasste Verkaufs- und Downloadzahlen bereit, die keinen Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen erlauben.
Haben Sie auf Ihrem Gerät unter „Einstellungen“ → „Datenschutz & Sicherheit“ → „Analyse & Verbesserungen“ die Option „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“ eingeschaltet, stellt Apple mir außerdem Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken der App bereit. Apple gibt diese Daten nur in einer Form weiter, die Sie nicht identifiziert. Ich nutze sie ausschließlich, um Fehler zu finden. Sie können die Option dort jederzeit abschalten.
Backups
Ihr Gerät kann die Daten der App in ein iCloud-Backup oder in ein Backup auf Ihrem Computer aufnehmen. Ob und wo das geschieht, bestimmen Ihre Geräteeinstellungen; für iCloud-Backups gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Auf solche Backups habe ich keinen Zugriff.
Kinder
Time Flies erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.
Löschen
Einzelne Tracker löschen Sie in der App. Wenn Sie die App löschen, werden alle ihre Daten entfernt.
Ihre Rechte
Aus der App erhalte ich keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die Daten auf Ihrem Gerät verwalten Sie selbst.
Soweit ich personenbezogene Daten über Sie verarbeite, können Sie nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen
- Auskunft über diese Daten verlangen (Art. 15 DSGVO),
- unrichtige Daten berichtigen lassen (Art. 16 DSGVO),
- die Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen (Art. 17 DSGVO),
- die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung verlangen (Art. 18 DSGVO) und
- Ihre Daten in einem gängigen, maschinenlesbaren Format erhalten (Art. 20 DSGVO).
Dafür genügt eine formlose Nachricht an info@tiborczekay.com oder über das Kontaktformular.
Widerspruchsrecht
Verarbeite ich Daten auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse), können Sie dieser Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Ich verarbeite die Daten dann nicht mehr, es sei denn, ich kann zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde
Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, Ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes (Art. 77 DSGVO).
Automatisierte Entscheidungen
Automatisierte Entscheidungen im Einzelfall einschließlich Profiling im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO finden nicht statt.

Summary
Time Flies is a habit and streak tracker for iPhone and iPad. Your data stays on your device. There is no user account, no server, no advertising and no analytics or tracking.
Data on your device
Everything you create in Time Flies is stored locally: tracker names and start dates, resets, streak history and harvested fruit. This data goes neither to me nor to anyone else.
Import and export
When you import a CSV or text file, the app reads it on the device. When you export, Time Flies creates a file that you pass on through the share sheet or save in the Files app. You decide where it goes.
Notifications
If you want, Time Flies sends a weekly encouragement, reminders for individual habits and a notification when you reach a goal. iOS schedules all notifications on your device; no push server is involved. You can turn notifications off in the app or in the iOS Settings app at any time.
Internet connection
The app works without an internet connection. A connection is made only if you tap a link to my website; it opens in your browser.
App Store
You download the app from Apple's App Store. Apple processes data about the download, purchases and your Apple Account under its own responsibility; the Apple Privacy Policy applies. I never receive payment details. Apple gives me only aggregated sales and download figures that do not identify anyone.
If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements on your device, Apple also gives me crash reports and usage statistics for the app. Apple passes them on only in a form that does not identify you, and I use them only to find bugs. You can turn the option off there at any time.
Backups
Your device may include the app's data in an iCloud backup or in a backup on your computer. Your device settings decide whether and where that happens; iCloud backups are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. I have no access to such backups.
Children
Time Flies collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting data
You delete individual trackers in the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data.
Your rights
I receive no personal data from the app. You manage the data on your device yourself.
Where I process personal data about you, you may, subject to the statutory conditions,
- request access to that data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
An informal message to info@tiborczekay.com or through the contact form is enough.
Right to object
Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests), you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). I will then stop processing the data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
Automated decisions
There is no automated individual decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Changes
If the app changes in a way that makes this policy inaccurate, I will update it. The current version is always at tiborczekay.com/timeflies/privacy; the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
