Einen Datenschutzbeauftragten habe ich nicht benannt, weil dafür keine gesetzliche Pflicht besteht.
Kurzfassung
Wandfunke erzeugt Hintergrundbilder für iPhone und iPad. Jedes Bild entsteht auf Ihrem Gerät, und was Sie gestalten, bleibt dort. Es gibt kein Benutzerkonto, keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Trackingdienste und keine Käufe in der App.
Daten auf Ihrem Gerät
Die App speichert lokal, wie viele Bilder Sie erzeugt haben und welche Stile freigeschaltet sind, den letzten Entwurf je Stil, die Bilder in Ihrer Bibliothek in der App und Ihre Einstellungen, etwa zu Ton, Haptik, Bewegung, Standardgröße und Exportformat. Diese Daten gehen weder an mich noch an andere.
Fotomediathek
Sichern Sie ein Hintergrundbild, fragt iOS nach einer Berechtigung, die ausschließlich das Hinzufügen zur Fotomediathek erlaubt. Wandfunke nutzt sie nur, um das Bild in voller Auflösung abzulegen, das Sie gerade erstellt haben. Ihre vorhandenen Fotos liest die App nicht. Lehnen Sie ab, funktioniert die App weiter, und das Bild bleibt in der Bibliothek der App.
Teilen
Über das Teilen-Menü von iOS können Sie ein Bild an eine andere App geben. Wohin es geht, entscheiden Sie.
Internetverbindung
Erstellen, Vorschau und Sichern funktionieren ohne Internetverbindung. Eine Verbindung entsteht nur, wenn Sie in den Einstellungen den Link zu meiner Website antippen; er öffnet sich in Ihrem Browser.
App Store
Sie laden die App über den App Store von Apple. Daten zum Download, zu Käufen und zu Ihrem Apple Account verarbeitet Apple in eigener Verantwortung; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Zahlungsdaten erhalte ich nicht. Apple stellt mir nur zusammengefasste Verkaufs- und Downloadzahlen bereit, die keinen Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen erlauben.
Haben Sie auf Ihrem Gerät unter „Einstellungen“ → „Datenschutz & Sicherheit“ → „Analyse & Verbesserungen“ die Option „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“ eingeschaltet, stellt Apple mir außerdem Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken der App bereit. Apple gibt diese Daten nur in einer Form weiter, die Sie nicht identifiziert. Ich nutze sie ausschließlich, um Fehler zu finden. Sie können die Option dort jederzeit abschalten.
Backups
Ihr Gerät kann die Daten der App in ein iCloud-Backup oder in ein Backup auf Ihrem Computer aufnehmen. Ob und wo das geschieht, bestimmen Ihre Geräteeinstellungen; für iCloud-Backups gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Auf solche Backups habe ich keinen Zugriff.
Kinder
Wandfunke hat die Altersfreigabe 4+ und erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.
Löschen
Einzelne Bilder löschen Sie in der Bibliothek der App. Entfernen Sie die App, verschwinden alle ihre Daten. Bilder, die Sie in Ihre Fotomediathek übernommen haben, bleiben dort, bis Sie sie selbst löschen.
Ihre Rechte
Aus der App erhalte ich keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die Daten auf Ihrem Gerät verwalten Sie selbst.
Soweit ich personenbezogene Daten über Sie verarbeite, können Sie nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen
- Auskunft über diese Daten verlangen (Art. 15 DSGVO),
- unrichtige Daten berichtigen lassen (Art. 16 DSGVO),
- die Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen (Art. 17 DSGVO),
- die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung verlangen (Art. 18 DSGVO) und
- Ihre Daten in einem gängigen, maschinenlesbaren Format erhalten (Art. 20 DSGVO).
Dafür genügt eine formlose Nachricht an info@tiborczekay.com oder über das Kontaktformular.
Widerspruchsrecht
Verarbeite ich Daten auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse), können Sie dieser Verarbeitung aus Gründen, die sich aus Ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Ich verarbeite die Daten dann nicht mehr, es sei denn, ich kann zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde
Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, Ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes (Art. 77 DSGVO).
Automatisierte Entscheidungen
Automatisierte Entscheidungen im Einzelfall einschließlich Profiling im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO finden nicht statt.

Summary
Wandfunke creates wallpapers for iPhone and iPad. Every image is rendered on your device, and what you make stays there. There is no user account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking and no in-app purchase.
Data on your device
The app stores locally how many images you have generated and which styles are unlocked, the latest draft for each style, the wallpapers in your in-app library and your settings, such as sound, haptics, motion, default size and export format. This data goes neither to me nor to anyone else.
Photo library
When you save a wallpaper, iOS asks for a permission that only allows adding to your photo library. Wandfunke uses it only to save the full-resolution image you have just created. The app does not read your existing photos. If you decline, the app keeps working and the image stays in its library.
Sharing
Through the iOS share sheet you can pass an image to another app. You decide where it goes.
Internet connection
Creating, previewing and saving work without an internet connection. A connection is made only if you tap the link to my website in the settings; it opens in your browser.
App Store
You download the app from Apple's App Store. Apple processes data about the download, purchases and your Apple Account under its own responsibility; the Apple Privacy Policy applies. I never receive payment details. Apple gives me only aggregated sales and download figures that do not identify anyone.
If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements on your device, Apple also gives me crash reports and usage statistics for the app. Apple passes them on only in a form that does not identify you, and I use them only to find bugs. You can turn the option off there at any time.
Backups
Your device may include the app's data in an iCloud backup or in a backup on your computer. Your device settings decide whether and where that happens; iCloud backups are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. I have no access to such backups.
Children
Wandfunke is rated 4+ and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Deleting data
You delete individual images in the app's library. Removing the app deletes all of its data. Images you saved to your photo library stay there until you delete them yourself.
Your rights
I receive no personal data from the app. You manage the data on your device yourself.
Where I process personal data about you, you may, subject to the statutory conditions,
- request access to that data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
An informal message to info@tiborczekay.com or through the contact form is enough.
Right to object
Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests), you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). I will then stop processing the data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
Automated decisions
There is no automated individual decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
